Onstage, Lila is known for her exceptional technique and captivating stage presence.  She is the sum of old world glamour, classical training and a healthy dose of drama! She is the ultimate theatrical tease, wowing and wooing audiences from coast to coast.

Dubbed “The Sparkling Sweetheart”, Lila Luxx was selected to perform as a Mover, Shaker & Innovator at the Burlesque Hall of Fame 2017 and was voted Most Outstanding Contribution at the 2017 Australian Burlesque Community Awards.

A 2016 Burlesque Hall of Fame Best Debut contender and a 2016 Perth International Burlesque Festival headliner, she has also headlined the Australian Burlesque Festival in 2015 and was voted People's Choice Queensland 2014 at The Australian Burlesque Community Awards.

A lifetime of performance experience in an array of dance styles and theatre is evident in Lila’s eclectic burlesque repertoire, spanning high energy dance based routines to lyrical, theatrical numbers and everything in between.

Lila’s passion for event management and production lead her to study a Bachelor of Arts (Theatre) and Post Graduate Diploma of Arts and Cultural Management.  After 6 years at Queensland’s major performing arts centre coordinating the execution of event contracts and high profile settlements, Lila became a freelance producer in 2014 and has been in consistent demand since.

Lila Luxx is also the director of The Bombshell Burlesque Academy, one of Australia’s leading schools for the development of expression through burlesque, and events company Bombshell Burlesque which is responsible for the highly successful The Bombshells Ball which runs 6 events per year, The Bombshell Burlesque Revue, A Brief History of Burlesque and the Miss Bombshell Pinup Pageant.  In addition to this, Lila has co-produced burlesque events The Dirty 30 Revue, Postcards From Perth and Tease From Outer Space.

Working to create opportunities for burlesque artists all over Australia, Lila was the co-founder of The Burlesque Cruise and former co-producer of The Australian Burlesque Festival.  In addition to this, Lila has successfully produced a range of dynamic and diverse events including metal bands, contemporary dance, theatre and, of course, burlesque.
